Triton Submarines and British automaker Aston Martin (known worldwide for the beautiful cars they made for the 007 films) created a partnership submarine, with a look absolutely unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Project Neptune is a small luxury submarine capable of submerging 500m deep with 2 passengers and the pilot, who can enjoy the almost 360º of visibility.
Triton and Aston Martin ensure that the submarine’s bold design delivers high efficiency underwater, reaching a top speed of 5 knots (about 9.26 km / h). The Project Neptune has batteries with autonomy for up to 8 hours of use.
Interior of Project Neptune
The interior of the submarine draws attention with leather and carbon fiber finish, merits the Aston Martin design team, and the happy buyer of one of these will be able to customize the cabin of the submarine with various colors and materials using the service Q by Aston Martin, as long as you pay your gold price for it, of course.
Project Neptune will be officially presented this week at the LYBRA super yacht fair in Barcelona, and it should be delivered from next year, for a price not yet disclosed, but you can bet it will be saltier than all the sea water together.
